With a Subscription (Personal, Business, or Creator Program Plan), you can download up to 999 tracks per month. Each main track and its variations are counted separately—for example, the MTG Bounce and Battle FULL Loop comes with 7 submixes, so it will be counted as 8 tracks in total. Our download limit ensures a carefully curated, high-quality selection while supporting the artists behind every sound. It maintains a copyright-safe, worry-free experience and encourages intentional creativity, helping you find the perfect sounds for your project.
You can view your download count under 'My Account' > 'Account Details'. The monthly download limit is 999.
A FULL Loop is complete musical mix that is meant to loop over and over again, seamlessly and endlessly. It does not contain an introduction and an ending. Track durations vary and may be as short as 10 seconds or as long as 5 minutes. Learn more about our music mixes.
Please try going to the search page to make sure you selected your license tier and currency. After selecting them, try rechecking your basket; you should see the tracks in your basket. If it doesn't work, please email us at support@wowsound.com.
You'll receive a download link via email with your order. You can also log into your account under 'Order History' to download your files. Small downloads arrive in minutes, but larger ones take longer—1GB takes about 2 minutes to compress and 15 minutes to download over 2.4G Wi-Fi. Your licensed tracks are available for 2 weeks after purchase. If you don’t receive the email, check your Spam or Junk folder. If it's missing after 30 minutes, contact us for assistance.
You can choose to download the files in .wav or .mp3 format. Our .wav files are delivered in stereo (uncompressed lossless audio) in either 44.1Khz or 48kHz and 16-bit or 24-bit.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but our system only allows downloading in one format. Please choose carefully between WAV or MP3. We recommend downloading the highest-quality WAV file, which you can later convert to MP3 or other formats if needed.
To edit the playlist, simply tick the tracks on the 'Checkbox', select the 'Action' you want to do and click 'Proceed'.
